What do I need for registration?
To complete your registration, you will need:
– Membership number
– A unique email address associated with your personal record in our system
– First name and last name
– Date of birth
– A mobile phone number to receive MFA (multi-factor authentication) codes
How do I register for Navy Health’s Mobile App and Member Portal?
Follow these simple steps:
- Click on Register on the Mobile App or Member Portal log in screen
- Enter your membership number, unique email address, first and last name and date of birth (as recorded in our system)
- Verify your email address using the code sent to your inbox
- Set up Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
- Create your password and complete registration
Can I change my MFA mobile number?
Yes, once your personal account is set up, you can update your mobile number on your record, which will reset your MFA. If you do not have access to your account, you or the policyholder will need to contact us to reset your MFA details.
Can I change the email address I log in with?
Yes, once your personal account is set up, you can update your email address on your record which will reset your log in. If you do not have access to your account, you or the policyholder will need to contact us to update your personal record.
Why haven’t I received my email verification code?
Please check your inbox’s junk folder and ensure our email address is added to your safe sender list. The email will come from msonlineservicesteam@microsoftonline.com.
