Step 1: Contact our team
It is important to us that we are meeting your needs and continually improving our products and service. That’s why Navy Health welcomes all feedback from our members, whether it be constructive or positive.

Step 2: Request an external review
Navy Health has a comprehensive complaint handling policy in place, and we will make every effort to assist and resolve any complaints you may have. However, if you feel your concerns are not adequately resolved despite our best effort, you have a right to seek an independent review through the Commonwealth Ombudsman.
