Corporate Excess Refund Terms and Conditions
Corporate Excess Refund Terms and Conditions
Navy Health’s Corporate Excess Refund is only payable to eligible corporate funded members.
The Corporate Excess Refund is only payable for adults covered on the corporate policy and is once per adult for each rolling year.
A hospital excess is only payable for inpatient treatment in either a private, public or day hospital facility.
The benefit is only valid for corporate funded policies from Navy Health. This excludes corporate self-funded policies with Navy Health.
Members cease to be corporate funded members upon separation from their employer.
Refund request must be submitted within 2 years following the date of procedure.
A receipt for the excess paid must be submitted with the corporate refund request form to be eligible to be processed.
Refunds will take up to 28 business days to process once the treating hospital has provided all the necessary documentation.
