Navy Health has a comprehensive complaint handling policy in place and we will make every effort to assist and resolve any complaints you may have. However, if we are unable to satisfy your concerns, we encourage you to escalate your matter to the Commonwealth Ombudsman.

However, if you feel your concerns are not adequately resolved despite our best effort, you have a right to seek an independent review through the Commonwealth Ombudsman.
