Natural Therapies and Recognised Providers
To claim benefits on natural therapies, services must be provided by a recognised practitioner in a private practice.
The registration process is managed by the Australian Regional Health Group (ARHG) or Exercise and Sports Science Australia (ESSA) on behalf of Navy Health Ltd.
Natural Therapy providers must be members of associations recognised by ARHG or ESSA for any benefits to be payable.

Hypnotherapy Benefits
To claim your benefits for Hypnotherapy the provider must be registered with one of the following associations:
• Psychotherapy & Counsellors Federation of Australia (PACFA)
• Australian Society of Clinical Hypnotherapy (ASCH)
• Australian Hypnotherapists Association (AHA).
Verify your provider’s membership with the above associations or contact them directly for confirmation before making an appointment.
