We’ve delayed our April rate rise

Our premium rate increase is delayed until 1 November 2023, which means that our members receive 7 extra months with no increases applied to their premiums. What’s more, our average price increase will be the lowest in 15 years and competitively lower than some of the other major health funds.

As a not-for-profit health fund, we’re proud to put our members first. In addition to returning $2.7 million in COVID-19 savings in June last year, we also donated $72,500 to Keeping Watch.
