Staff Referral 2025 Gift Card Offer
Receive an AU$100 Mastercard gift card when you refer a friend to join Navy Health.
The referring member must hold a current Hospital only or Combined Navy Health policy to receive the AU$100 gift card. The AU$100 gift card is issued digitally by giftcardstore.com.au, ABN 95 087 822 455 AFSL No. 244116. Gift Cards are subject to the terms and conditions published at giftcardstore.com.au/terms/. Gift card validity will be shown in the Card Details email provided. This offer is valid when the new member that has been referred joins with a Hospital and Extras combined policy.
Eligibility
• New members must meet the standard fund rule eligibility criteria of Navy Health in order to join.
• This offer is only available to existing Navy Health staff members who have not been suspended at the time of referral. The new member referred must join with a Hospital and Extras combined policy.
• In order for the existing Navy Health staff member to receive their AU$100 gift card, the new member must provide the existing Navy Health staff member’s full name, when joining Navy Health over the phone, 1300 306 289, and is not available when joining through an aggregator. When joining via online at quote.navyhealth.com.au, the existing Navy Health staff member must provide the new member’s full name to Amy (S&R Team Lead).
• The referral AU$100 Mastercard gift card offer is only available to new members and past members re-joining Navy Health; excluding members re-joining within 30 days of previous policy cancellation date or cancellation entry date, whichever is more recent.
• This offer is subject to all statutory limitations on discounts to premiums and is invalid if total discount exceeds such limitations.
Exclusions
• The AU$100 gift card referral offer cannot be redeemed by existing Navy Health members holding an Extras only policy and will not be applicable if the new member referred joins with an Extras only policy even if the existing member eligibility criteria is met.
• This offer excludes Young Adult Membership policies.
• This promotion is only available to new members joining Navy Health who have not held any Navy Health covers in the last 30 days from the cover start date.
• This offer does not apply if a suspended health insurance membership is reactivated as it is not considered a new membership.
• The AU$100 gift card offer is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
• If the new member is a Dependent coming off a Navy Health family health insurance membership, you are excluded for the offer.
General
• This offer is valid from 8 May 2025 to 30 June 2025 inclusive, and can be altered or withdrawn at any time.
• Navy Health reserves the right to end, change or extend this offer at any time.
• Navy Health will not be held responsible for any damaged or lost gift cards and no replacement will be provided. Navy Health will replace a stolen gift card at its discretion in the event of fraud and/or misuse depending on the circumstances.
