Eligibility

• Offer is valid for eligible policies (Hospital and Extras combined) and application of members meeting eligibility must be received and commenced from 15^th February 2023 to 31^st March 2023.

• 6 weeks free applies only on combined policy of Hospital and Extras, maintained for 6 months of continuous (financial) cover.
• 6 weeks free is applied to the whole policy in the first year of membership only, applied after 6 months of continuous (financial) cover.
• This offer is only available to new members and past members re-joining Navy Health; excluding members re-joining within 30 days of previous policy cancellation date or cancellation entry date, whichever is more recent.

Exclusions

• Excludes Hospital only or Extras only policies.
• This offer excludes Young Adult Membership policies.
• Not transferable or redeemable for cash.
• Does not include gift cards or promotional vouchers.

• Excludes eligible 5% corporate membership groups.
• 6 weeks free cannot be applied in conjunction with any 10% Defence and DVA discounts (Veteran White and Gold Cardholders, serving ADF members and ADF Active Reservists SERCAT 3-5). The 10% Defence or DVA Discount can be added after the 6 weeks free is applied with no discount applied for the first 6 months of the policy.

• 6 weeks free cannot be applied in conjunction with any 5% Defence Bank discount groups. The 5% Defence Bank discount can be added after the 6 weeks free is applied with no discount applied for the first 6 months of the policy.
• Defence Bank members may opt to waive the 6 weeks free to apply the 5% discount at the time of joining and apply to waive the 2 and 6 month waiting periods on ancillary cover (may be waived for all persons on the policy).
