The promotion commences at 11:30 AEST on 1 October 2022 and final entries close at 14:00 AEST on 30 September 2023 (promotion period).
To enter, eligible entrants must provide their first name, last name, telephone number and email address and answer all 5 questions on the online entry form. Only one entry per person, per month will be accepted.
The prize consists of 1 x $50 eMastercard card per month, 1 x 100 eMastercard per quarter, 1 x $200 eMastercard at the end of the promotion (total prize pool valued at $1200). The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash
The prize will be drawn at random and will take place at 11:00 AEST on the last business day of each month at Navy Health’s office, 601 Canterbury Road, Surrey Hills VIC 3127 (or at an alternative location as required under COVID-19 health directions).
The winners will be notified by email within two business days of the draw.
The prizes will be emailed to the winner. The winner will receive notification from gift card store of how to redeem the prize.
